Payment

After browsing our website, using the search facility to find particular figures, click on the item(s) that you wish to purchase. These will then be automatically added to your shopping cart. Please note that the postage/shipping costs are added automatically once you have completed your order. The completion of your transaction could not be easier, from the shopping cart page, click the Checkout button this will guide you to the order contact completion page. This where you decide how to pay.

For Credit Card Payments via PayPal

Payments via credit cards are made using the secure PayPal service. This is non subscription service that is accepted at many internet based companies including Ebay. For more information please view their site at www.paypal.com

For payments by Cheque or International money order

Alternatively, if you would like to pay using a cheque or international money order, please print out the shopping basket page and send with your payment. These should be made payable to Simon Denver and be in Pounds Sterling only. Your payment should then be forwarded to :

All orders for stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment being received.

All orders that are subject to a pre order, will be shipped once the last item is released.

 We will email you to confirm shipping details along with relevant tracking numbers.

 

 

 

Delivery

Loose micro figures will be packaged either in jiffy bags or cardboard boxes using strong tape.

 

 

 

 

Blister packs and multipacks will be packaged in cardboard boxes, using strong tape and polystyrene packing for extra protection. 

Dispatch of your order: Upon completion of your order deliveries will be dispatched as follows:

United Kingdom deliveries will be dispatched using the Royal Mail first class service, we can offer recorded special delivery also. Overseas deliveries will be dispatched using the Royal Mail registered airmail or by international courier system. Please allow up to 28 days for dispatch although we do aim and pride ourselves on delivery within 3 days.
